Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Support Coordinator II to ensure accurate and timely resolution of vendor and supplier disputes in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line phone support to vendors and resolve inquiries and disputes
  • Grant user access to the supplier portal and assist vendors with portal usage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address trade, expense, and deduction issues
Required Qualifications
  • Three years of accounts payable experience
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Basic proficiency in Excel is required; advanced Excel skills are preferred
  • Experience in a business environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with data query/data management tools is helpful
