Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vendor Support Coordinator II to ensure accurate and timely resolution of vendor and supplier disputes in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line phone support to vendors and resolve inquiries and disputes
- Grant user access to the supplier portal and assist vendors with portal usage
- Collaborate with internal teams to address trade, expense, and deduction issues
Required Qualifications
- Three years of accounts payable experience
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Basic proficiency in Excel is required; advanced Excel skills are preferred
- Experience in a business environment is preferred
- Familiarity with data query/data management tools is helpful
