Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vendor Support Coordinator II, fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line phone support to vendors and resolve inquiries and disputes
- Manage supplier portal access and assist vendors with portal usage
- Collaborate with internal teams to address procurement and financial issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Three years of accounts payable experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in Basic Excel is required; Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Basic skills in Word and Outlook; Intermediate PeopleSoft Financial experience preferred
- Familiarity with data query/data management tools is helpful
