Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Support Coordinator II, fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line phone support to vendors and resolve inquiries and disputes
  • Manage supplier portal access and assist vendors with portal usage
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address procurement and financial issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Three years of accounts payable experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Basic Excel is required; Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Basic skills in Word and Outlook; Intermediate PeopleSoft Financial experience preferred
  • Familiarity with data query/data management tools is helpful
