Venture Capital Advisor

Job Summary

To support a healthcare venture capital fund, the part-time Venture Capital Advisor will provide investment expertise, strategic guidance, and market insight while working remotely for approximately 2-3 hours per month.

Key responsibilities

• Assess startup opportunities across various healthcare innovation sectors
• Identify, source, and evaluate promising healthcare startups and co-investment opportunities
• Provide guidance on investment themes, portfolio construction, and long-term fund strategy

Required qualifications

• Experience in venture capital, angel investing, private equity, or healthcare investing
• Strong understanding of startup evaluation, diligence, and market sizing
• Familiarity with healthcare innovation, digital health, or medical technology preferred
• Ability to provide strategic input and support to the fund and portfolio companies
• Strong network across startups, venture capital, and healthcare preferred
