Venture Capital Operations Lead

Job Summary

Building operational infrastructure for the Launchpad program, the full-time remote Venture Capital Operations Sr. Lead will design and implement systems, streamline processes, and manage data analytics to support strategic initiatives and enhance team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and governance frameworks for the Launchpad team
• Design and manage dashboards for tracking startup portfolio performance and fundraising status
• Translate operational insights into strategic narratives for senior leadership and partners

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within enterprise tech or high-growth environments
• Deep familiarity with Salesforce CRM, including territory management and reporting
• Strong data skills with experience in dashboard design and advanced analytics tools like Tableau or SQL
• Proven ability to build operational processes and standard operating procedures from scratch
• Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex data insights effectively to stakeholders
