Venture Capital Senior Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VC Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Run deal processes from screening to SPV close, managing the investment pipeline
• Lead due diligence and produce high-quality investment memos for each deal presented to the Investment Committee
• Coordinate SPV execution and legal processes, ensuring smooth deal closures and member communications

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a strategic finance role
• Experience leading diligence on at least one closed deal
• Ability to build financial models independently
• Comfortable operating in a high-trust, low-bureaucracy environment
• Experience in AI infrastructure, robotics, or digital assets is a plus
