Job Summary

A company is looking for an Innovation Operations Ventures Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports financial management of venture and innovation initiatives by monitoring project budgets and financial performance
• Prepares financial models and analyses to evaluate return on investment (ROI) of venture initiatives and strategic partnerships
• Coordinates invoicing processes and tracks venture-related expenditures to ensure compliance with financial procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
• 4 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, operations analysis, venture support, or related analytical role
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting and forecasting
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and financial modeling tools
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, innovation programs, or venture initiatives preferred
