Venture Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Venture Program Manager to lead and scale its venture program.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with venture capital firms, accelerators, and incubators
• Design and execute programs that drive portfolio company onboarding and engagement
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure program impact and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, program management, or venture capital operations
• Experience working with venture capital firms or startup ecosystems
• Demonstrated experience building programs or initiatives from the ground up
• Proficient with Google Office Suite and other software tools
