Job Summary

Leading venue strategy and hotel sourcing for U.S. Commercial internal meetings, the full-time remote Venue Strategy Manager will manage supplier relationships, oversee contract negotiations, and partner with stakeholders to optimize meeting experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute venue strategy recommendations for various internal meetings and events
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on venue selection and contract negotiations
• Oversee hotel contracting activities, ensuring alignment with company standards and financial objectives

Required qualifications

• High school/GED with 15 years, Associate's with 10 years, or Bachelor's with 8 years of experience in hotel sourcing, venue strategy, or related fields
• Experience negotiating hotel contracts and managing supplier relationships
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions with senior leadership
• Knowledge of hotel industry trends and sourcing practices
• Proficiency with meeting management technologies such as CVENT
