Verification Agent

Job Summary

Supporting the loan origination process, the full-time remote Verification Agent will review and verify customer information and documentation while ensuring compliance and accuracy in application requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and authenticate client information, documentation, and records for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct thorough reviews of applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness
• Contact clients and third parties to obtain or confirm required information and resolve discrepancies

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of experience in a similar verification position
• Strong understanding of the loan verification process
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
