Managing outreach to prospective students, the fully remote Verification Coach will handle 400+ calls per day to confirm personal information and program interest, ensuring compliance and accurate communication of program details.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outbound and inbound calls across multiple client institutions, averaging 400+ calls per day
• Engage with prospective students to build excitement about partner institutions and verify their information
• Follow compliance guidelines while communicating program information and documenting student interactions

Required qualifications

• Previous experience or interest in working on a high-performing team with daily prospective student communication
• Able to thrive in a busy environment with constant change
• Quick learner of detailed processes and systems, sharing best practices with team members
• Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals over the phone in a heavily scripted environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on executing specific processes flawlessly
