Key Responsibilities

Obtain and verify accurate behavioral health and telehealth information for clients
Provide essential information and support to admissions, utilization review, and billing teams
Explain benefits and coverage information clearly to clients and their families

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of insurance experience in Verification of Benefits
Knowledge of active policy coverage, specific services, payment percentages, co-pays, and authorization requirements
Light billing and collections experience preferred
Experience in Behavioral Health settings preferred
