Key Responsibilities

• Conduct insurance eligibility and benefit investigations to ensure accurate patient access and financial communication
• Verify coverage, determine network status, identify authorization requirements, and calculate patient financial responsibility
• Engage with patients to obtain updated insurance details and communicate financial expectations professionally and empathetically

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience with pre-authorizations and insurance authorizations; experience in sleep medicine is a plus
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) or healthcare database systems
• Ability to navigate digital tools and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Foundational understanding of the insurance authorization process and medical record management
