Verification Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Verification Specialist I to verify applicant and dealer information during the financing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify customer loan information through inbound and outbound calls
• Document and accurately enter new or updated information during verification calls
• Identify and escalate verification or risk-related issues to management

Required Qualifications

• Two years of call center or customer service experience required
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software
• Strong typing skills
• Availability for one evening shift per week and one Saturday shift every 7 weeks
