Verification Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Verification Specialist will complete calls with applicants and dealers to verify the accuracy of loan information, assist in resolving verification issues, and document findings to ensure a smooth financing process.

Key responsibilities

• Verify customer loan information through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring accuracy in identity and employment details
• Document notes and update information in operating systems as per company procedures
• Identify and escalate verification or risk-related issues to management while assisting customers and dealers with inquiries

Required qualifications

• Two years of call center or customer service experience required
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and internet software
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail
• Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Availability for one evening shift per week and one Saturday shift every 7 weeks
