Job Summary

Completing verification and pre-certification processes for patient accounts, the full-time Verification Specialist will work remotely within the Dallas/Fort Worth area, ensuring compliance with productivity and accuracy requirements while communicating with patients and utilizing various verification tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete verification and pre-certification processes for patient accounts in compliance with departmental standards
• Communicate with patients and other stakeholders regarding insurance coverage and benefits
• Utilize verification tools to maximize revenue for patient accounts

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a healthcare field, customer service, telemarketing, or call center environment
• Working knowledge of medical terminology
• Insurance verification experience (preferred)
