Verification Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Verification Specialist will verify loan information through calls with applicants and dealers, ensuring accuracy and completeness to facilitate the financing process while identifying and reporting potential issues.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inbound and outbound calls to verify customer loan information and validate identity and employment details
• Document and accurately enter updated information received during verification calls into operating systems
• Identify and escalate verification or risk-related issues to management while assisting customers and dealers with disputes

Required qualifications

• Two years of call center or customer service experience required
• Proficiency in Word Processing, Spreadsheet, and Internet software
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail
• Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Availability for one evening shift per week and one Saturday shift every seven weeks
