Verification Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Verification Specialist in the Payments category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify all information included in original truckload carrier paperwork and receipts submitted for funding
• Contact brokers/shippers to confirm truckload rates and resolve any payment issues
• Assist with tasks in other departments as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and use of office equipment
• Expert knowledge of team members' roles and responsibilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bilingual preferred
