Verification Specialist I

Job Summary

To support the financing process, the part-time hourly Verification Specialist I will complete calls with applicants and dealers to verify loan information, ensuring accuracy and completeness while identifying potential issues remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Verify customer loan information through inbound and outbound calls, validating identity and employment details
• Document and enter new or updated information accurately in all operating systems during verification calls
• Identify and escalate verification or risk-related issues to management as necessary

Required qualifications

• Two years of call center or customer service experience required
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet software, and internet software
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail
• Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Availability for two evening shifts per week and a rotating Saturday
