Verifications Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Verifications Specialist will process employment, education, and license verifications using telephone, email, and fax, ensuring compliance with client standards in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Process verifications and communicate with employers and educational institutions
• Log detailed notes documenting research steps and actions taken during screenings
• Conduct virtual meetings to assist new employees with Form I-9 completion

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Expert computer skills, including Internet searches and database lookups
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time management skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Experience working independently while also being a team player
