Verint OM Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a remote contract Verint OM Developer, the position will manage SQL development, support data extracts and batch processing, and troubleshoot system integrations within Verint Operations Manager for a duration of 12 months.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and optimize stored procedures and scheduled jobs to facilitate data extracts and integrations
- Manage flat file/CSV generation and delivery to downstream systems while ensuring data quality through testing and reconciliation
- Support Windows-based automation and integrations, utilizing PowerShell scripting and monitoring tools to debug job failures
Required qualifications
- Intermediate SQL development experience, including stored procedures and views
- Strong understanding of data pipelines and batch processing methodologies
- Experience in validating data extracts and troubleshooting data quality issues
- Familiarity with Windows-based environments and AWS services is a plus
- Healthcare operations experience or familiarity with Verint OM or WFM platforms is highly desirable
