Job Summary

Leading fiscal planning and management, the full-time salaried Administrative Services Director I will oversee grants and contracts while collaborating with the DCF Business Office, working in a hybrid environment with some remote work and in-person meetings in Waterbury.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage programmatic fiscal planning and projections in collaboration with the DCF Business Office
  • Interpret State and Federal regulations related to fiscal management and compliance
  • Oversee fiscal management for grants and contracts, ensuring smooth administration in partnership with the DCF's Grants and Contracts Unit
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, public administration, or a related field
  • Three years of professional-level experience in administrative functions for a moderate-sized office, department, or agency
  • Experience in fiscal management, program budgets, and grant/contract management
  • Ability to interpret State and Federal regulations
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
