Job Summary

A company is looking for a Child Care Quality Program Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the improvement and strengthening of Vermont's early childhood and afterschool professional development system
• Support integration of workforce strategies with broader child development and economic goals
• Manage and oversee the Child Care Quality and Capacity Unit, ensuring effective team collaboration and communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood development, early education, or a related human service field
• Two or more years of professional level experience in public administration, human services administration, or early childhood program administration
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in early childhood or afterschool education, including workforce development
• Knowledge of state and national early childhood workforce systems
