Vermont HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist who will support the HRBP and Recruitment team while advancing the organization's clean energy mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage talent acquisition processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
• Provide HR business partner support, including employee engagement initiatives and lifecycle transactions
• Contribute to HR projects that enhance organizational culture and workforce effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
• Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and multi-state considerations
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems, preferably ADP and Lever
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
