Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Generalist who will support the HRBP and Recruitment team while advancing the organization's clean energy mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
- Provide HR business partner support, including employee engagement initiatives and lifecycle transactions
- Contribute to HR projects that enhance organizational culture and workforce effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and multi-state considerations
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems, preferably ADP and Lever
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
