Vermont IT Strategic Advisor

Job Summary

Engaging with clients at an executive level, the full-time Vermont IT Strategic Advisor will provide consultative support for long-term technology planning, develop technology roadmaps, and manage client relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of clients' business goals and technology needs while acting as a trusted advisor
• Lead the development of clients' technology roadmaps and IT budgets, ensuring alignment with their evolving objectives
• Schedule and prepare for regular client meetings to report on progress and align on next steps

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of solid business experience, preferably as a Technical Account Manager
• 3+ years of experience in the IT industry, with Managed Services Provider experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; relevant technology or business certifications are an asset
• Proven ability in relationship building, data analysis, and consultative selling
• Must reside in Vermont, preferably near Williston, to meet with clients
