Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Hematology/Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care across the multidisciplinary team
• Conduct telephone triage for acute illnesses and perform ongoing patient assessments
• Provide comprehensive patient education and support for continuing care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Greater than one year of RN experience preferred
• Current RN licensure
• Experience in ambulatory care settings is beneficial
• Commitment to professional growth and development
• Understanding of organizational standards of patient care and nursing practice
