Job Summary

Building strong client relationships, the full-time Vermont Licensed Client Manager in the Benefits Division will lead benefit platform initiatives, support open enrollment, and manage reporting and compliance tasks, with the flexibility to work remotely while being within reasonable travel distance to Vermont or New Hampshire locations.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead benefit platform initiatives and coordinate employee communications
  • Support open enrollment and manage reporting and compliance tasks
  • Assist with RFPs, renewal tracking, and ongoing client meetings
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in account management or HR, preferably in employee benefits
  • Active health, life, and disability license in applicable state(s)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Customer-focused with the ability to manage priorities effectively
