Job Summary

To support a growing virtual care platform, a Vermont Licensed Clinical Therapist will provide therapy and support to college students remotely, focusing on treatment planning and collaboration with other mental health services.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide therapeutic counseling services and develop treatment plans for young adults
  • Document sessions and submit HIPAA-compliant records using the electronic health record system
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of care for clients
Required qualifications:
  • Active Vermont state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC/LCMHC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Experience with crisis intervention and safety planning
  • Background in providing services to young adults and adolescents in community mental health or college counseling settings
  • Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills
  • Preferred: Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) and licensed as a Clinical Psychologist (LP/LCP)
