Job Summary
To support a growing virtual care platform, a Vermont Licensed Clinical Therapist will provide therapy and support to college students remotely, focusing on developing treatment plans and collaborating with other clinical services.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic counseling services and develop treatment plans for young adult clients
- Document sessions and submit HIPAA-compliant records using the electronic health record system
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of care for clients
Required qualifications:
- Active Vermont state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC/LCMHC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Experience with crisis intervention, treatment planning, and working with young adults or at-risk populations
- Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with evidence-based modalities
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs of clients and maintain professionalism in high-stress situations
- Preferred: Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) with an active license as a Clinical Psychologist (LP/LCP)
