Job Summary

A company is looking for a CWB Counseling Services Coordinator - Limited Service.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate outreach and enrollment processes for participants in the ICAN Program
Track and document support services funding requests for participants
Facilitate regional ICAN team meetings and collaborate with EAP staff counselors

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in a human services or related field with 1 year of relevant experience, or
Bachelor's Degree in a human services or related field with 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in supporting clinical or customer service roles
Ability to pass background investigations as required for the position
Knowledge of allowable requests and vendor information for support services
