Job Summary
Providing complex administrative support for the state's FNS SNAP E&T program, the full-time limited service CWB Counseling Services Coordinator will manage participant outreach, enrollment coordination, and facilitate regional team meetings while working remotely and in Voc Rehab regional offices.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate outreach and enrollment processes for participants in the ICAN Program
- Screen participant needs and employment barriers, referring them to appropriate EAP staff counselors
- Facilitate regional ICAN team meetings and collaborate with EAP Counselor partners
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in a human services or related field with 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience
- Experience in supporting clinical or customer services roles
- Knowledge of allowable requests and vendor information for support services funding
- Ability to manage documentation and communication with state teams
- Successful completion of background investigations as required for the position
