Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, route, and respond to records requests under Act 173 and internal policies
  • Collaborate with Vermont State Archives and Records Administration for proper handling and preservation of records
  • Provide compassionate customer service while managing sensitive information
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher in a field related to human services, or
  • Two or more years of administrative experience in a human services program
  • Ability to handle sensitive and potentially traumatic content
  • Commitment to confidentiality and lawful access to records
  • Resilience in coping with routine exposure to secondary trauma
