Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, route, and respond to records requests under Act 173 and internal policies
- Collaborate with Vermont State Archives and Records Administration for proper handling and preservation of records
- Provide compassionate customer service while managing sensitive information
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in a field related to human services, or
- Two or more years of administrative experience in a human services program
- Ability to handle sensitive and potentially traumatic content
- Commitment to confidentiality and lawful access to records
- Resilience in coping with routine exposure to secondary trauma
