Job Summary
To support an established Family Medicine practice, the part-time Vermont Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, manage a patient panel, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, with opportunities for remote work and a consistent daytime schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions
- Manage and grow an individual patient panel while delivering preventive care and wellness services
- Conduct in-person and telemedicine visits, collaborating with a team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
Required qualifications
- Minimum of two years of Nurse Practitioner experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or a related outpatient setting
- Completion of an accredited Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program
- Current National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Active Vermont APRN license or eligibility for Vermont licensure
- Eligibility for prescriptive authority and DEA licensure
