Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Administrator I - Temporary.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment postings
- Coordinate with vendors and purchasing agents for operational needs
- Provide backup support to other business office functions as required
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business/office administration, or related field
- Alternatively, an Associate's degree in accounting or business/office administration with two years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience maintaining, reviewing, and analyzing financial data and records
- High School diploma with four years of relevant accounting experience may be considered
- Experience with the VISION financial management system may be required for some positions
