Vermont Licensed Innovation Director

Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction for enterprise technology and organizational modernization, the full-time salaried Vermont Licensed Innovation Director will oversee digital transformation initiatives, operational improvements, and administrative functions while fostering a collaborative culture in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives, digital services, and data governance
• Supervise professional and technical staff, establishing strategic priorities and supporting employee development
• Coordinate human resources, facilities management, and business continuity efforts across the department

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting, business or public administration, or related field with one year of professional-level experience, or a Bachelor's degree with three years of experience
• Five years of professional-level experience in administrative functions may substitute for a Bachelor's degree
• Experience supervising administrative functions in a moderate-sized office, department, or agency
• Preferred certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
• Experience with the VISION system may be required for some positions
