Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outside Insurance Sales Consultant to drive local sales growth and provide comprehensive insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive local sales growth through proactive prospecting and lead generation
• Identify gaps in home and auto insurance plans and offer appropriate products
• Build strong referral relationships within the community

Required Qualifications

• Must hold at least one active insurance license: Property & Casualty (P&C), Personal Lines, or Life & Health
• Expected to obtain any additional required licenses before start date
• Experience in sales and community engagement is preferred
• Passion for solution-based selling and customer experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
