Job Summary

A company is looking for a Per Diem Remote Nurse Practitioner specializing in Substance Use Disorder.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in admitting patients for Methadone and Buprenorphine Treatment
• Obtain patient history and conduct physical exams
• Document in the EMR and supervise medication dispensing in the Medical Director's absence

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be licensed in the state of Vermont
• 6 months of MAT/Addiction Medicine experience required
• Satisfactory drug screen and background check
