Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Pharmacy PA/Appeals Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, averaging 50+ daily
• Process prior authorization requests and resolve formulary and benefit issues
• Document interactions with callers in compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted licensure/certification as a Pharmacy Technician
• 6+ months of experience in customer service with healthcare professionals
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
• Currently reside in the state of Vermont
