Job Summary
To support a growing innovative healthcare startup, the full-time Vermont Licensed Physical Therapist will conduct virtual orthopedic evaluations, develop personalized home exercise programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial PT evaluations for newly enrolled patients, including functional assessment and goal setting
- Develop and update individualized home exercise programs (HEP) and self-management plans
- Provide follow-up PT visits, progressions/regressions, and care plan modifications based on patient response
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) (active, unrestricted)
- Minimum of 2 years of MSK/Orthopedic physical therapy experience
- Strong commitment to delivering top-tier MSK care with empathy and efficiency
