Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead the execution of a critical health information exchange platform upgrade.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an integrated schedule among the selected platform vendor and downstream clients and vendors
- Ensure structured delivery by leveraging core PMI processes and artifacts
- Engage directly with the State of Vermont and vendor partners
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the full SDLC lifecycle for large-scale, vendor-driven systems implementation projects
- Proficiency in working with FHIR data and interoperability standards
- Exposure to clinical data and patient/provider systems delivery
- PMP certification required
