Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead the execution of a critical health information exchange platform upgrade.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an integrated schedule among the selected platform vendor and downstream clients and vendors
  • Ensure structured delivery by leveraging core PMI processes and artifacts
  • Engage directly with the State of Vermont and vendor partners
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in the full SDLC lifecycle for large-scale, vendor-driven systems implementation projects
  • Proficiency in working with FHIR data and interoperability standards
  • Exposure to clinical data and patient/provider systems delivery
  • PMP certification required
