Vermont Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, part-time and full-time Vermont Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners will conduct tele-psychiatric visits, perform initial evaluations, and develop collaborative treatment plans for clients while enjoying flexible self-scheduling in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication and therapy
• Proactively follow up with clients monthly to assess the efficacy of interventions and ongoing care
• Provide various modalities of talk therapy, as clientele prefer combined medication and therapy appointments

Required qualifications:

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Active Vermont Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License
• ANCC Board Certification
• 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health
• DEA Certification
