Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider - NP, APRN, or PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide medication management and monitor psychotropic medications and MAT
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated behavioral health care

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Vermont licensure as a PMHNP, APRN, or PA-C in good standing
• Ability to engage patients using trauma-informed and recovery-oriented approaches
• Strong collaboration skills within an interdisciplinary treatment team
• Consistent and compliant clinical documentation meeting organizational and regulatory standards
