Job Summary
Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Vermont Licensed Psychiatrist will provide outpatient psychiatric care to a diverse patient population, focusing on lower to moderate acuity conditions while enjoying clinical autonomy and minimal administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-ups with patients across the lifespan, including children, adults, and geriatric patients
- Manage a caseload in a fully remote setting, utilizing an in-house referral network and receiving full operational support
- Exercise clinical decision-making with flexibility in scheduling and session structure, adhering to established clinical standards
Required qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO) with an active, unrestricted medical license
- Interest in and comfort with 100% telepsychiatry-based outpatient care
- Strong clinical judgment and collaborative mindset
- Ability to learn and utilize streamlined clinical technology
- Experience with lower to moderate acuity mental health conditions, such as anxiety and depression
