Job Summary
To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Vermont Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations, utilizing a structured model with minimal administrative burden in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions with defined goals and consistent caseloads
- Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network and clinical leadership
- Manage scheduling and documentation within operational guidelines to focus on patient care
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
- Experience managing an outpatient caseload in a structured clinical setting
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort practicing in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Experience with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is highly desired
