Job Summary
Seeking a Vermont Licensed Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner, the full-time or part-time clinician will deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of conditions while collaborating with provider and support teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams for patients
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute, chronic, and mental health conditions
- Develop and document treatment plans and maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices
Required qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Nurse Practitioner license with maintained Registered Nurse licensure
- Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
- Active multi-state licensure with 5 or more licenses preferred
