Job Summary

Seeking a Vermont Licensed Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner, the full-time or part-time clinician will deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of conditions while collaborating with provider and support teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams for patients
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute, chronic, and mental health conditions
  • Develop and document treatment plans and maintain current knowledge of clinical best practices
Required qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner program
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license with maintained Registered Nurse licensure
  • Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
  • Active multi-state licensure with 5 or more licenses preferred
