Vermont RN Lead Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN - Lead Case Manager (ARNG).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical case management support to service members, ensuring medical readiness
• Coordinate case management activities and maintain medical documentation
• Support PHA/SRP events and update required systems such as MEDCHART, eCase, and MEDPROS

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of RN experience in good standing
• 3 years of RN lead/manager/supervisory experience
• Active Vermont RN state license in good standing
• Commitment to ongoing education and training in industry standards
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
