Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vertafore BenefitPoint Systems Training Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person, virtual, and individualized training for new hires and existing employees
• Drive ongoing training and proficiency validation to ensure effective system usage
• Develop and maintain training materials and provide post-training support to strengthen user confidence

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Vertafore BenefitPoint and related tools
• Strong understanding of end-to-end insurance workflows and their impact on compliance
• Experience designing and delivering role-based training curricula
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and content delivery tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt training approaches to various learning styles
