Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 13 years of relevant experience within field services or a technology company
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role managing large teams
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration at the executive level
