Vertical Strategist, Auto & Travel

Job Summary

Bringing deep industry expertise to the Sales team, the full-time Vertical Strategist, Auto & Travel will develop tailored advertising solutions, manage RFP responses, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive results in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead RFP responses by creating customized advertising solutions for Auto and Travel clients
• Build audience-led narratives that leverage Yahoo's consumer data insights and media benefits
• Manage multiple RFP timelines while ensuring high-quality submissions through collaboration and iterative reviews

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in digital media, advertising strategy, or agency planning, preferably with Auto and/or Travel brands
• Deep understanding of digital advertising, including media formats and brand sponsorships
• Comfort leveraging generative AI tools for workflow efficiencies and innovative pitch concepts
• Ability to use audience data and insights to build data-backed strategic recommendations
• Excellent organizational skills for presenting complex information clearly in decks
