Job Summary

A company is looking for a Veteran Health Coach (Peer) - Group Facilitator.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate virtual Veteran support and health coaching groups
• Provide peer support and encouragement based on lived military experience
• Support Veterans in goal-setting related to health, wellness, and behavior change

Required Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. military Veteran (required - lived experience required)
• 2+ years of experience in peer support, health coaching, wellness coaching, or group facilitation
• Experience leading groups, workshops, or support groups
• Comfortable working in a virtual/remote environment
• Experience supporting individuals through behavior change, motivational interviewing, and goal-setting
