Veteran Liaison Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinating transportation requests for veterans, the full-time Veteran Liaison Logistics Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for inquiries and work remotely to manage vendor relationships and administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for incoming calls and emails regarding transportation requests
• Coordinate with transportation vendors to process domestic veteran transportation requests
• Maintain and update statistical data in Excel spreadsheets for the Logistics Department

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year or more of experience with Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) preferred
• Previous US military experience preferred
• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
